STEAM on stage(TM) in collaboration with PS21 is hosting a concert on Saturday, September 26 at PS21 to benefit the CHS Global Science Research team! Composer, pianist, and music educator Tim Dunne has volunteered to not only perform at the concert, but is also rehearsing with a half-dozen of our scholar/musicians who will also perform. PS21 has graciously donated their space, staff, and materials to help showcase the incredible science research the team is conducting and celebrate their musical talents as they raise funds to support the students' involvement in the South Korean exchange program in November. The concert is free but donations will be accepted. Checks can be made payable to Chatham Central School with S. Korea Exchange in the memo line. We hope to see you there!

The Athletics Booster Club is proud to announce another year of their Homecoming Mum Sale fundraiser. Friends & family can purchase mums for their CHS, CMS or ICC athletes. CMS MUSICAL AUDITIONS - auditions for this year‘s CMS musical, Into the Woods Junior, will take place on Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24 after school in the CMS auditorium. Students only need to attend one of the audition days. Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grader, including those on a sports team, are welcome to audition. Sign up reminder: we are fast approaching the deadline to finalize our Fall athletic rosters. Currently, registration numbers are low for Girls JV Soccer, Boys JV Soccer, and Girls Modified Soccer.

Decisions regarding whether we can field these teams will be finalized within the next two weeks. Once these decisions are communicated to the league, they will be final. (Please note: If we do not have enough players for a JV soccer team, we will transition to a Mod 9 team structure.)
