CHS needs 40 community members to provide an authentic interview experience for our students on November 16 from 7:30-10:00 a.m. RSVP by October 24!
Greetings Community Member,
One of the initiatives of the Chatham Central School District is to strengthen the connection between our school and community. We are reaching out as the Chatham High School Senior team to ask for your help. As part of our senior program we are trying to incorporate more authentic elements and experiences for our students to be successful beyond our doors. To that end, we are planning to host an event with community members who have interviewing experience through their organization or business. The goal is to provide our seniors with an authentic interview experience; this is not intended to be a hiring event. We are hoping you would be willing to spend about two hours on the morning of November 16th engaging with our students. We would be looking for you to conduct a realistic interview experience for 2-3 of our students and to possibly sit on a Q&A panel with the other community members following the interviews. We want to stress these are mock interviews and there is no expectation for this event to result in hiring for your business.

We are excited about the possibility of giving this experience to our students but may not be able to do it without your support. We greatly appreciate any help you may be able to provide in this endeavor.
