Chatham CSD welcomed back staff for the 2022-23 school year with a district-wide conference day on September 6. The event included keynote speaker Jimmy Casas, who spoke to all our staff about creating a culture of excellence. An award-winning principal with over two decades of educational leadership experience, Mr. Casas is now a national speaker, leadership coach, and best-selling author of numerous books, including Culturize. The District invited him to bring his inspiring message about fostering an educational community that maximizes relationships, engagement, and student success to every employee in the District with an hour-and-a-half long general session followed by a breakout session with our District's educational leadership team.
