Chatham High School’s Ian Freiermuth (Viola), Bella Spencer (Sebastian), Daniel Beneni (Duke Orsino)  in Twelfth Night

The students will give a final performance of Twelfth Night on Sunday, November 21, 1:15 p.m. at the Tina Packer Playhouse in Lenox, Massachusetts as part of Shakespeare & Company’s 2021 Fall Festival of Shakespeare. This event will be viewable for free by livestream only at https://ctsbtv.org/fallfest/. Donations are appreciated.

After a shipwreck separates Viola from her twin brother Sebastian, she disguises herself as a young man and enters the service of Duke Orsino, inadvertently setting off a hilarious whirlwind of mistaken identity, passion, and unrequited love.

Directed by Lori Evans and Kirstin Daniel Chatham High School’s staging of Twelfth Night is produced in partnership with the Fall Festival of Shakespeare sponsored by Shakespeare & Company of Lenox, MA.This annual artist-in-residency program brings professional directors, actors, and stage technicians to the school to work with students in developing a 90-minute version of a Shakespeare play.
