The Chatham Central School District mourns the loss of David Wheeler, Chatham High School’s head custodian, who passed away on August 27. Perhaps nobody knew the ins and outs of the building better than Mr. Wheeler. Kind to all and always happy to help, he began working at the High School in 1991 and became head custodian in 2005. His loss is truly felt here and we offer our deepest sympathies to his family, friends, and coworkers during this time of great sadness.
