Ms. Craft’s second-grade class recently completed a fun and creative pumpkin book project! Students read a book at home, chose a character from it, and transformed a pumpkin into their chosen character using their creativity and imagination. They also completed a written report describing their character and explaining how they decorated their pumpkins. To finish the project, students presented their pumpkins and book reports to the class, sharing their hard work with their classmates. "We are so proud of their creativity, effort, and enthusiasm for reading," remarked Ms. Craft. Here are just a few!
