Students from Chatham High School's business education department participated in National Grid's Career Expo on September 25. The expo included departments like career pathways, project management, workforce development, overhead lines, and much more! The Albany Fire Department was also at the event where students could check out a fire truck and discuss fire fighting as a potential career. Students saw robots, a lineman demonstration, heavy equipment, and learned about the different pathways that lead to these careers. CHS Business Teacher Emily Kreutziger added, "Events like this offer CTE students the hands-on learning experiences that connect them to the real world. National Grid did a fantastic job to engage the students and they left excited about their future."
