Mrs. Van Wie and Ms. Winter's 2nd grade class celebrated the ending of their first CKLA Knowledge Unit, "Fairy Tales and Tall Tales," with a Flannels & Flapjacks party! Students wore flannels to look like Paul Bunyan, or blue to look like his best friend Babe the Blue Ox! They made flapjack pancakes, Paul's favorite!
