Want to serve your school and community? The Chatham Central School District Board of Education is seeking a candidate to fill a vacant seat on the Board. The vacancy is the result of the resignation of Andrew Gilligan in August. The Board anticipates appointing a volunteer to serve a term starting September 8, 2026 and running through May 18, 2027, at which time the seat will be filled by the annual Board election. To qualify for consideration, a candidate must be a resident of the District for at least one year, be 18 years of age or older, and be able to read and write.
