Students in Spanish III classes at Chatham High School researched recipes from Spanish-speaking countries this past month. Many students made the recipe they researched and then brought their food items in for a class tasting. Students enjoyed the opportunity to learn about and try all kinds of hispanic foods, including empanadas, churros, Pan de Mallorca, three different types of tres leches (original, strawberry, and chocolate), ceviche, guacamole, galletas de arándanos azules (blueberry bars) and galleta de grageas (Mexican sprinkle cookies).
