The Board of Education swore in new member Ashley Zwingelberg (right) of Chatham at its December 9 meeting. The Board appointed Ms. Zwingelberg to fill a vacant seat caused by the resignation of Steve Michalek. She will serve a term lasting from December 9, 2025 through May 19, 2026, at which time the seat will be filled by the annual Board election. The Board selected Zwingelberg from a pool of applicants after it put out a call for volunteers to apply for the position and interviewed all who applied.
