We, like many districts, are facing a bus driver shortage, and we need you to help!

Why drive for Chatham?

• Paid training: No experience? No problem! We'll pay to train you and help you get comfortable behind the wheel of the "big yellow bus." You'll start as a substitute driver and can move into a permanent position.

• Work hours that work for you: Our split-shift schedule means you'll still have your midday free to run errands, and you'll be home in time for after-school activities.Our substitutes can choose to drive both morning and afternoon runs, mornings only, afternoons only, or sports runs. Plus, you get the same holidays and vacations off as your kids!

• Competitive pay and benefits: All drivers earn a competitive hourly rate. Permanent drivers who work at least four hours a day (a regular AM and PM bus run) are eligible for health insurance and other benefits.
