girl being handed award from man

The Columbia County Youth Bureau honored Chatham Middle School 8th grader Reese Agostinello-Burrows at its 21st Annual Youth Leadership Awards on May 21. She represented Chatham as our school's nominee for the Richard Tracy Youth Leadership award, which schools across the county nominate a 7th or 8th grader for and is awarded to one middle schooler annually.

Reese is the CMS representative to the District’s student-led ASCEND committee, an active member of CMS’ Key Communicators, vice president of National Junior Honor Society, and member of her school’s National Coalition Building Institute who has conducted several unity-building exercises with her middle school peers. She is also an outstanding student dedicated to her school work. Congratulations on your award Reese!
