Chatham High School's Sports Marketing Classes toured Joe Bruno Stadium in Troy, home of the Valley Cats, on April 28. Students were able to see first hand the Valley Cats' local fan engagement strategies, marketing, and unique entertainment promotions. They also were able to learn from many their employees including President Rick Murphy, Assistant GM Ed Krajewski, Clubhouse Manager Ryan Alderdice, Box Office Manager (and Chatham graduate!) Alayna Frey, and Merchandise and Community Relations Manager Miranda Seacord. It was a great experience and learning opportunity about sports-related jobs right in our area! Many students are looking forward to attending a game this summer with their families.
