Chatham Central School District hosted a get-to-know-you event at the Chatham Public Library for our families with students who are learning English a CCSD. Five of our families, along with a few of our administrators, teachers, and support providers from the community, enjoyed a meal together and then broke into discussion groups with the purpose of strengthening partnerships between home and school and deepening our school's understanding and ability to support our multilingual families. The youngsters enjoyed playing together and reading books from the Library’s bilingual section!
