May 29 was MED's last Effective School Assembly of the school year. May's character theme was "Helpful."
We celebrated our students and their collective achievements for the final time this year. As usual, we gave out several awards for outstanding effort, participation and behavior:
Golden Paintbrush for art - Ms. Martin's class
Golden Library Book for library - Mrs. Kolb’s class
Golden Tambourine for music - Ms. McCullough's class
Golden Sneaker award for physical education - Mrs. Mulica’s and Mrs. Lynch’s classes
Golden Trashcan for the cleanest classroom - Mrs. Murray's class
Golden Cafeteria Tray for lunch - Mrs. Ranita's class
Golden Whistle for recess - Mrs. Kolb's class
And to cap it off, our Principal's and Dean of Students’ awards went to the MED PTA's Jessica Maloy and Kelly Colarusso!
