October is Bully Prevention Month. Counselors will be having classroom discussions about what bullying is, how it hurts, and what we can do to prevent it!
Students will be participating in acts of kindness.
To bring awareness MED will be having a Spirit Week from Oct 16th - 20th.
Monday - Team Up against Bullying.Wear something that displays your favorite sports team, music group, or social activity.
Tuesday - Put your thinking caps on! Wear your favorite hat to school.
Wednesday - Color the World with Kindness! Wear bright colorful clothing.
Thursday - Dream of a peaceful world. Wear your PJs to school
Friday MED Unity Day 10/20 - On Unity Day everyone wears orange to unite in an effort to prevent bullying. Our school district will recognize this day together. Show your support by wearing something with the color orange.
