May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To honor this month our mental health team is asking our school community to wear green (the color of Mental Health Awareness Month) on Wednesday, May 7.

The Class of 2027 is hosting a sub sale fundraiser on Tuesday, May 20. Artemis 6621 is headed to the world playoffs! They finished regular competition with a record of 8-2-0, putting them 5th out of 75 teams on the Hopper field! Being in the top eight, Chatham becomes an alliance captain leading an alliance of three teams in the playoffs! Playoffs start 7am Central Time Saturday.

The Class of 2026 is holding one final fundraiser before hosting prom. To help, all you need to do to is eat at Dairy Queen in Ghent between 3PM & closing on Wednesday, April 23. DQ will donate a portion of the proceeds to the class. Treat yourself to a night off from cooking while also helping the junior class!
Due to unused emergency closing days, we are modifying this year's calendar. All District schools and offices will now be closed on Friday, May 23, 2025. Please be sure to update your calendars and enjoy the extra-long weekend.

Our Winter Varsity Sports Awards Night is Tuesday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m. in the CHS auditorium.
The CHS Drama Club presents their spring musical GREASE March 14 & 15 at 7:00 p.m.
and March 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chatham High School auditorium. Tickets are $5 at the door.

It's not too late to order a 2025 CHS yearbook! Yearbooks can be purchased online through the yearbook website: https://jostensyearbooks.com/?REF=A05377100 . You can pay online at that link or save a few dollars and bring in $60 to Ms. Pegarella. Cash or checks made to "CHS Yearbook" will be accepted in-person until Monday, March 3, 2025. A limited number of copies will be available to purchase in May. The only way to guarantee getting a book is to pre-order!
