Here's a look at CHS showing some of the finishing touches made to our learning spaces during Phase 2 construction in early fall. Pictured are new art and chemistry classrooms with all new furniture and cabinetry, the new Chatham Panthers sign overlooking our athletics fields, and the new technology suite with adjacent lab and shop spaces!
Renovations completed earlier include the building's new entryway and updated lobby, classrooms that had their temporary partition walls replaced with permanent walls, new sidewalks, science classroom improvements, an entirely repaved parking lot, new fencing separating the MED front field from the CHS drive and parking area, renovations to student bathrooms, HVAC upgrades in the gym, new new exterior paneling, and masonry work.
More renovations, including improvements to the auditorium, music rooms, and gym are scheduled to take place next summer during Phase 3.
These upgrades are part of our Capital Improvement Project voters approved in 2023.More info can be found on our 2023 Capital Project page...
