Brianna Reyome, daughter of Amanda Gile-Reyome of Valatie, is Chatham High School’s Class of 2025 valedictorian.
Throughout her time at Chatham, Brianna has taken part in the Hugh O-Brian Youth Leadership Seminar, been president of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, and has been part of National Honor Society. Additionally, she has received countless awards for Excellence in Effort, Highest Average, and Student of the Quarter. She has also earned awards from Cornell University and Rochester Institute of Technology, and has received High Honor Roll for all Quarters.
Musically, Brianna has had the honor of being the principal clarinetist in band, and has participated in choir since elementary school. She has been a part of many All-County Festivals, Area-All State Festivals, and has been chosen to play clarinet for the New York State Band Director’s Association Honor Band due to her high scoring New York State School Music Association solos. She has participated in a variety of shows, such as the Fall Festival of Shakespeare, Chatham’s musicals, community theater through Upstage Productions, and summer musicals with Columbia County Youth Theater.
Brianna will be attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the fall with a major in Biology.
