Chatham High School's Life Skills Class sailed out of Kingston aboard the Rip Van Winkle sightseeing boat for a cruise on the Hudson River June 10. The class reached its breakfast sandwich selling goal of 300 ( they actually sold 336!) which has enabled them to go on trips like this. The rain held off and that made for a fun trip, during which they saw historic homes, lighthouses, jumping fish, and wildlife living along the river.
