Tate Van Alstyne signed his National Letter of Intent to play baseball for Southern New Hampshire University. The standout Panthers pitcher and shortstop made his commitment to the Penmen official at a letter signing ceremony held March 25 at Chatham High School. He plans on studying business and finance. Tate had originally signed with St. Rose, but that college announced its imminent closure in December. Our district congratulates Tate on bringing his athletic and academic pursuits to the next level!
