Mrs. Van Wie, Mrs. Winter, and Mrs. Madsen’s 2nd grade class has been learning persuasive writing. They talked about the opening and closing statements, persuading reasons, signature, and more. They wrote a letter to MED's principal, Mrs. Reno, as a class to persuade her into providing a Donut Day in class. The students were ecstatic when Mrs. Reno brought in Dunkin' Donuts for the whole class to enjoy!
