student demonstrates project to teacher

Here's a few photos from the 2023 CMS Science and Technology Fair. The fair included more than twenty entries from students in grades six through eight. Students developed a hypothesis or technical problem and then used either the Scientific Method or Problem Solving Method, respectively, to prove or disprove their theory or develop a solution to their problem.  During the school day, our science and technology teachers from our middle and high schools judged the projects, and classes dropped in to check out the projects. The fair was open to the public the evening of March 16 in the CMS gym.
