NCBI Talks Stereotypes

Chatham Middle School’s student NCBI (National Coalition Building Institute) leaders taught 6th graders about the concept of stereotypes. The students discussed times they felt boxed in by the stereotypes people have about gender, size, or even being a teenager, and shared their perceptions about things like social media and different “isms.”

Service Club Takes On Hunger

The CMS Service Club headed to the Chatham Area Silent Food Pantry for a tour and overview with Pantry coordinator Julie Alexander. The students brought with them food items the collected to stock the shelves with.

Key Communicators “Mindful” of Midterms
