Chatham POD Gets Shots in Arms

Chatham CSD partnered with Walgreens Pharmacy to organize and host a COVID-19 vaccination POD for employees from the Chatham, Ichabod Crane, Taconic Hills, Germantown, and Hudson school districts, as well as community members aged 60+. Together, we were able to vaccinate 180 people at the clinic, which was held March 13 in our elementary school gym.

Chatham administrative assistant Diane Hammon and superintendent Sal DeAngelo handled organizing the event, scheduling, registrations and confirmations. School nurses Mary-Noelle Fabiano and Darcy Simmons helped oversee the clinic and draw doses for the Walgreens pharmacists administering the vaccine.

In addition, our District would like to thank the following individuals for helping make this event happen.

Anthony C. Kollar, District Manager, Pharmacy & Retail Operations
