Nothing Says “Halloween” Like a Jack-o’-lantern!

To celebrate Halloween this year, Mrs. Winter’s Language Concepts 3-5 Class carved a pumpkin! The students picked shapes for the pumpkin’s face, chose his unique name, and thought he should follow school rules by wearing a mask! The pumpkin was donated by CCSD transportation mechanic Wally Engel, who won the pumpkin and carving kit in the MED PTA’s candy corn challenge! Thank you to the PTA and Mr. Engle for spreading their kindness and Halloween spirit!
