Greetings Chatham Families,
Unfortunately this morning, Thursday, October 15, our schools again experienced Internet connectivity issues that temporarily interrupted our ability to conduct remote learning and communicate with our families through email and other online means. We have addressed the issue and we have resumed today’s remote learning. As with yesterday, special consideration will be given to our remote-learning students regarding this morning’s schoolwork.
We understand that this must be very frustrating for our students and families. Based on the experiences of today and yesterday, our District is actively exploring ways we can build redundancies into our Internet connections to better protect our schools from internet outages and ensure a greater continuity of service.
