CHS Reopening Schedule

(Updated September 4, 2020)

Dear Chatham High School Families,

I hope you all had a great summer. We have been preparing and planning for a positive start to the 2020-2021 school year. While very different than most years, we will do everything possible to make this a safe learning environment for students. Beginning Friday, September 4th, you will have access to your schedule in the SchoolTool Portal.

Students who attend Questar programs will receive additional important reopening information in a separate letter.

Classes begin remotely for all students on September 14th. Everyone will participate in remote education
from September 14th-September 25th. A daily schedule for this time period will be sent to families next
week.

Starting the week of September 28th- October 2nd we will be transitioning students back who chose in person learning.

On Monday, September 28th, All Ninth Grade students who chose in-person learning will attend school in person for the full day. Tuesday through Friday that week will be remote.

On Tuesday, September 29th, All 10th Grade students who chose in person learning will attend school in person for the full day. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday that week will be remote.

On Wednesday, September 30th, All 11th Grade students who chose in person learning will attend school in person for the full day. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday that week will be remote.

On Thursday, October 1st, All 12th Grade students who chose in person learning will attend school in person for the full day. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday that week will be remote.

If you have a Chromebook that is not working properly, please let us know so we can swap and/or fix it.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and flexibility and we look forward to seeing all of you very soon!

Sincerely,
