Construction on the second phase of our voter-approved Capital Improvement Project is wrapping up on time and under budget! Work took place at both the Elementary/High School and Middle School campuses during the spring and summer of 2020. To minimize disruption to the school year, the majority of Phase 2 will be completed prior to the start of classes in September. Below are some photos highlighting the work that took place during Phase 2 this summer.
- New rooftop air-handling units arrive at CHS
- Rooftop air-handling unit being placed on CHS roof. We replaced 9 aging units at CHS with MERV-13 capable units
- HVAC ductwork at CHS
- Improved load-bearing capacity in partition wall at CHS
- CHS boiler room saw new valves, differential pressure sensor, and control enhancements
- New glycol feed system in the CHS boiler room
- New split air conditioning systems were installed in the MED & CHS server rooms
- Exterior doors were replaced at the front and courtyard entrances at MED
- Plumbing replaced at MED
- New exterior doors were installed at the CMS technology wing and gym entrances
- Secure entrance vestibule addition at CMS
- Security transaction window installed in the CMS entrance vestibule
- New walkway at CMS entrance
- New roofing completed at CMS
- New cement-board siding on custodian’s office behind CMS
