Connectivity Issues Resolved – Getting Your Device Back Online

We are aware that over the last two days our families have had issues connecting to the internet with their school-supplied devices. At this point we believe that the problems have been resolved. Please restart your device. If restarting doesn’t restore your access to the internet, please try the following steps:

  1. On the sign-in screen, click the profile that you want to remove.
  2. In the lower-right corner of the profile picture, click the Down arrow.
  3. Click Remove this user.
  4. In the box that appears, click Remove this user.
  5. Shut down the chromebook. Power it up again and click the Add Person button
  6. Sign in with your user credentials.
