Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr.

The King of Hearts, Queen of Hearts, Alice, and the Cheshire Cat

Wonderland delighted audiences as they traveled down the rabbit hole November 22-23 to join Alice and her Wonderland friends in one of literature’s classic madcap adventures! Featuring updated songs from Disney’s thrilling animated motion picture, Chatham Middle School’s staging of Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr. was a fast-paced and fun take on the classic tale.

This show featured Alexis Reichardt as the titular and endlessly curious heroine Alice, Lily Strattman as the mischievous Cheshire Cat who is always up to no good, Brandon Gearing as the Mad Hatter who is quite mad, Phila Visconti as the excitable March Hare who endlessly drinks tea, Lucia Bigelow as the jumpy White Rabbit who is never quite on time, Iris Davis as the relaxed Caterpillar who knows quite a lot, Desiree Brooks as the adventurous Dodo Bird who sails the sea in glory, and Jenny Albrecht as the demanding Queen of Hearts whose rage may result in offed heads.

Directed by Mrs. Samantha McShane, music directed by Mr. Chris Goodrich, choreographed by Mrs. Bonnie Drowne, costumed by Mrs. Nadine Gabriel, supported by the Chatham Theatre Production and Marketing class, and presented by the CMS Drama Club, Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr. was a once-in-a-lifetime show!

“Congratulations to the cast and crew of Alice in Wonderland. The show was excellent!” – CMS Morning Announcements
