Students Enjoy “The Sky is Falling”

language concepts class at playThe Chatham Language Concepts Summer Program took their first field trip to watch the Columbia County Youth Theater’s (CCYT) production of The Sky is Falling on Thursday, July 20th at Chatham High School. The show allowed the students to practice their “good audience skills” before their big field trip to the Mac-Haydn Theater in August.

The CCYT provides young actors the chance to perform locally and perfect their acting skills. This summer, they are using the CHS auditorium to stage their performances.

The Language Concepts Program will also be attending CCYT’s performance of Magic Tree House and Willy Wonka Jr. later in the summer. Thank you to CCYT for inviting and welcoming our Chatham students!
