On Oct. 1st and 2nd new students were trained by NCBI trainers and students from the September 24th training attended to help the new students understand the concept and to role model what they had experienced last year.  New students learned about stereotypes (records) and how they play a role in the way we behave. They also learned how to be an ally and to lead ‘speak outs’ in a classroom meeting.
