Caring Canine Program
M.E.D. has a therapy dog in training named C.C. (Caring Canine). She is a Goldendoole breed which is specifically chosen for its child friendly nature and the hypoallergenic qualities of the coat. If your child is unable to have contact with the training therapy dog, please fill out this form. Caring Canine Form

Photos Permission
Students may have opportunities to be photographed or videotaped during special events by the classroom teacher and/or local media. Please fill out the permission form if it is acceptable for your child to be photographed or videotaped for school related events during the years. Photos Permission Form
