Course Policy
Homework is worth 3 points a piece, and worth 20% overall.

Tests/ Projects are graded out of 100% and worth 40% overall.
    Projects handed in late are 15 points off and will not be accepted after 3 days!

Cooking Labs are graded out of 100% and are worth 30% overall.
    This is a group grade, where all students in each kitchen lab receive the same grade.

Class participation & effort is worth 20 points and worth 10% overall.
