Hockey Scholar

Guest educator Kassandra Winne visited fourth grade classrooms May 3 to lead a Hockey Scholar STEM workshop sponsored by the New York Rangers. Provided at no cost to our school, the Hockey Scholar program uses interactive lessons and digital games to expose students to concepts like scientific thinking and data analysis while exploring such topics as states of matter, ratios, energy, and careers in STEM as they relate to the sport of ice hockey.
